Tegan Bowen is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Principal Strategy Adviser at the Victorian Department of Health since February 2021. Prior to this role, Tegan worked as a Commercial Lawyer at Rouse Lawyers from April 2019 to February 2021 and served as a Client Services Coordinator at Walshs between October 2015 and January 2019. Tegan gained additional legal experience as a Law Clerk at Hillhouse Legal Partners in early 2018 and completed a placement as a Law Clerk at the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (QLD) Ltd in 2017. Tegan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Justice (Criminology and Policing) from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
