Melissa Field is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairperson of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Interim Regional Body for the Grampians Region at the Victorian Department of Health, Melissa also contributes as an Independent Member on the Finance, Audit and Risk committee of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame and the Audit and Risk committee for Colac Otway Shire. As the Director of MavenQ Advisory, Melissa specializes in guiding organizations through entrepreneurial growth challenges. Previous roles include Non Executive Director positions at Attra and Trimantium GrowthOps, as well as Chair and Non Executive Director at MIND Australia. With an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Melissa combines academic excellence with a robust commitment to mental health and community well-being.
