Fahim Halawa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of IT Systems & Infrastructure at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi since August 2024, Fahim has previously held prominent roles, including Head of Information Technology at Gulf Capital from March 2006 to August 2024, Senior System Engineer Team Lead at the National Bank of Kuwait, and Senior System Engineer at Orascom Telecom. Fahim's educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Digital Transformation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from City, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Petra.
