Herbert Dwyer is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMPEQ, and serves as an IMPEL Innovator at the U.S. Department of Energy. In addition, Herbert is a Guest Lecturer for the Green Technology Innovation Fellows Program at Cornell University, a Venture Partner at The Veteran Fund, and a Senior Mentor at Life Changing Labs affiliated with Cornell University. Herbert holds dual MBA degrees in Business Administration and Management from both the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, obtained between 2017 and 2019.
