Dr. Deeana Ijaz is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Our Next Energy (ONE), where they lead corporate strategy and government relations. They previously served as VP of Strategy, Policy, & Sustainability at ONE and were a doctoral candidate at Teachers College, Columbia University, focusing on early childhood development research. As the founder and CEO of Ivy Admissions Co, they established a successful college admissions consulting firm in Silicon Valley. Deeana is also an active board member of the Michigan Workforce Board, Michigan League of Conservation Voters, and the 21st Century Energy Workforce Advisory Board under the Biden-Harris Administration. Additionally, they have been recognized in Crain’s 40 under 40 and contribute to the World Economic Forum.
