Octavia Jackson has over 17 years of experience in home equity lending and mortgage operations, currently serving as the AVP of Home Equity Lending Operations at the Department of Commerce Federal Credit Union since April 2016. Previously held roles include Director of Home Equity Lending Operations and Mortgage Loan Officer at the same institution, as well as Senior Loan Officer from 2006 to 2016. Octavia's educational background includes studies in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Strayer University, alongside a general studies degree from Friendly High School.
