Chandika Basdeo currently serves as a Policy Analyst at The Florida Department of Education since December 2022, following a role as a Paralegal at the Justice Administrative Commission from April to November 2022. Previous experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant for The Florida Senate, a Legal Intern at Marie A. Mattox, P.A., a Legislative Intern with the Florida House of Representatives, and a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History, a Master of Science in Applied American Politics and Policy, and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in International Affairs and a Graduate Certificate in U.S. National Intelligence, all at Florida State University.
