Emeline Delaville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in child welfare and psychology. Currently serving as Conseillère technique qualité de vie de l'enfant at the Conseil départemental de Loir-et-Cher since March 2009, Emeline focuses on implementing initiatives that enhance the quality of life for children in care, promoting stability and safety in their placements.
