Clothilde Azemar has a diverse work experience in the finance and consulting industry. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Trainee Associate at PwC. Clothilde then became a Senior Associate, specializing in banking and capital markets, from 2009 to 2012. During this time, Clothilde worked on various projects, including project management for a leading financial organization and finance transformation projects for a leading bank. In 2012, they led the Well Being workstream of an internal project aimed at improving employee satisfaction scores.

In 2013, Clothilde joined WPP as a Manager in Transaction Services, where they were responsible for acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments for all WPP business units globally. Clothilde also handled negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, financial reporting requirements, and post-deal integration planning. From 2017 to 2018, they were promoted to Senior Manager in Transaction Services, leading financial and commercial due diligence on potential acquisitions and investments worldwide, with a focus on Europe, the US, and Latin America. Clothilde worked closely with key stakeholders, both on the client side and internally.

In 2018, Clothilde joined DENTSU CREATIVE France as the COO Creative, a role they held until 2020. Their responsibilities included overseeing the creative operations of the company. In 2020, they joined dentsu international as the Operations Director in the EMEA COO Office. Their role is ongoing, and they are responsible for operational management within the EMEA region.

Throughout their career, Clothilde has demonstrated strong financial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to understand and adapt to various industries.

Clothilde Azemar attended KEDGE Business School from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Audit and Management Control. Following this, they pursued further education at Aston University from 2008 to 2009, earning a Master of Science degree with distinction in Accounting and Finance. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, they studied at ICAEW and achieved ACA Qualified status.
