Wan-Chi Lydia Yang is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in managing human resources across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager for Taiwan and Hong Kong at Dentsply Sirona since July 2021, Wan-Chi leads the Taiwan HR team and oversees the full HR spectrum while managing office operations. Prior to this role, experience includes HR Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibilities encompassed full HR functions and local compliance during the Taiwan office setup, and roles at Trend Micro, GTC Technology, and other organizations focusing on HR management, consultation, and instructional design. Wan-Chi holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology from Tamkang University.
