Andrew McGrath is a Senior Associate at Dentons, where since October 2016, contributions have been made to the real estate portfolio of Frasers Group, managing various transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and construction projects. Previous experience includes advising Metro Bank on a significant funding deal for the acquisition of a pub portfolio, as well as serving as a Lawyer at Irwin Mitchell, Steptoe & Johnson LLP, Davenport Lyons, and Streathers Solicitors LLP, where Andrew provided legal support on commercial and residential property transactions. Andrew holds a Legal Practice Course and a Post Graduate Diploma from City, University of London, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Philosophy from The University of Sheffield.
