Brian Musolin has over 13 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and treasury roles. Brian has worked in various industries, including dental services, food importation, lifestyle hospitality, beverage manufacturing, and energy.

At Dental365, Brian currently serves as the VP and Head of FP&A, where they have taken on the additional responsibility of being the Interim Co-Chief Financial Officer. Brian has successfully completed multiple add-on acquisitions, and they lead the redevelopment of strategy materials for the Board of Directors.

Prior to their current role, Brian was the Director of FP&A at Roland Foods, LLC, where they oversaw financial analysis and implemented new forecasting processes. Brian also mentored and managed a team of two during the global pandemic.

At sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, Brian held the position of Director of FP&A and Assistant Treasurer. Brian managed a team of three and collaborated on a complex $1.25 billion M&A deal. Additionally, they were responsible for cash management, forecasting, and other treasury initiatives.

Brian started their career at FirstEnergy Corp., where they held various financial analyst roles. In these positions, they oversaw budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection processes. Brian also led pension strategy, asset allocation, and risk management for a $6 billion defined benefit pension.
