Julie Arsenault is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems at dentalcorp since February 2017. Previously, Julie held various positions within the same organization, progressing from Human Resources Coordinator to Specialist in HR Programs, and then Manager of Total Rewards. Prior to dentalcorp, Julie worked as an HR Advisor specializing in Compensation and Benefits at Mount Sinai Hospital within the Sinai Health System from May 2016 to February 2017. Educational qualifications include an Honors Bachelor of Arts and Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto and a Post-Degree Diploma in Human Resource Management from George Brown College.
