Erik Bergstrom joined Dental Associates in 2012 and immediately commenced a digital revolution for our brands. He joined our team with 18 years of experience in the magazine publishing industry and brought the content development, search engine optimization, and digital marketing strategies he learned there and applied them to our brands.
Today, Erik leads our digital and traditional marketing initiatives, as well as the sales and marketing efforts for CarePlus Dental Plans. During Dental Associatesā digital transformation, Erikās team implemented website redesigns to keep our brands relevant during the pivotal consumer migration from computers to mobile devices. He also introduced Press Ganey patient satisfaction survey results onto our website so prospective patients could read ratings and comments from actual patients before choosing their dentist. To improve our exposure on social media, passionate employees are recruited to spread our brand message on social media outlets via our employee advocacy program.
Erik empowers each employee with the notion that they are a part of our marketing team and encourages them to help spread the word of the positive work we do within the communities we serve.
