Lucy Lin is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People at Density since January 2025, previous roles include Senior Manager, People Ops Partner at ParentSquare, and Senior Manager, People Operations at Remind. Lucy has also held the positions of People Operations Manager at Logikcull and Human Resources Manager at HealthRIGHT 360, where responsibilities included supporting over 500 employees, managing employee relations, and integrating HR processes during mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes roles in communications and operations coordination, showcasing a diverse skill set in both HR and organizational communication. Lucy holds a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, and additional education from San Francisco State University.
