The Engineering Team at Deno is responsible for developing and maintaining the Deno runtime environment, ensuring performance, scalability, and security for JavaScript and TypeScript applications. They collaborate on designing new features, fixing bugs, and enhancing the overall user experience, while also optimizing the infrastructure and supporting the deployment of a globally distributed JavaScript VM. This cross-functional team comprises software engineers specialized in backend and frontend development, as well as site reliability engineering.
