Lou Castillo serves as the General Manager at DENNIS Uniform since July 2023, also holding the position of Assistant General Manager. Castillo's extensive military experience includes a role as a Chemical Officer in the US Army, where responsibilities encompassed planning and coordinating specialized training for a large organization, alongside managing an Emergency Operations Center. Previous military roles include Battalion Executive Officer for a Basic Combat Training battalion, and Company Commander for the 1st Special Troops Battalion during Operation Iraqi Freedom, overseeing the training and readiness of soldiers. Additionally, Castillo has significant experience in operations management at The Home Depot across multiple locations from 2016 to 2022. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Geology & Geophysics from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Columbia College.
