In addition, Gary holds the position of CEO at Top Marks and previously served as CEO at Balance For Blind Adults, focusing on enhancing the lives of blind and vision-impaired adults. With a solid background in business development at Scotiabank and a decade-long tenure as Vice President at McCarthy Uniforms, Gary has demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, sales strategies, and client relationship management. Early career experience includes an impactful role as Area Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Gary established a strong market presence. Gary holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto.
