Jacob Anderson is an experienced chemical engineer with a strong background in production management, process safety, and engineering solutions. Currently serving as the Monomer Production Assistant Area Manager at Denka Performance Elastomer, Jacob oversees process safety and production targets in the chloroprene monomer production area and leads initiatives to maximize output. Prior to this role, Jacob held positions at Fluence Analytics as a Product Manager and Product Engineer, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and managing R&D projects. Previous experience includes working as a Hydrogen Plant Engineer at Praxair, developing olefins processes at UOP, and gaining early exposure through various internships. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
