Carolanne Inglis-McQuay currently serves as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Denison Mines Corp., where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for long-term social acceptance, particularly for the Wheeler Project, while focusing on Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities in northern Saskatchewan. Prior roles include Senior Advisor of Corporate Social Responsibility at Orano Canada, where Carolanne was involved in negotiating two significant Impact Benefits Agreements with First Nations and Metis communities, and Director on the Board of Pinehouse Business North, providing leadership for a Northern Saskatchewan Aboriginal company. Earlier experience includes positions as Regulatory Coordinator at Areva Resources Canada Inc., where Carolanne oversaw regulatory aspects for environmental assessments and stakeholder engagement, and Technical Advisor at the Nunavut Impact Review Board, focusing on environmental impact assessments. Carolanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Calgary and completed a Change Management program at ESSEC Business School.
