Pâmela Neves has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as the Gerente de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento at Dengo Chocolates since June 2022. Previously, Pâmela held various roles at Liv Up as Coordenadora de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento de Produtos and at Cacau Show as both Senior and Junior Research and Development Analyst. Pâmela began a career in research at General Mills as an intern in 2017. Academic experience includes research projects at both Universidade do Porto and Universidade de São Paulo, focusing on the chemical characterization of plant extracts and the extraction of oleuropein, respectively. Pâmela holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from USP and dual MBA degrees in Leadership, Innovation, and Management from PontifÃcia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and PUCRS.
