Lesego Sithole is a Mechanical Engineer at Denel Land Systems since June 2015, specializing in program management and ensuring compliance with project portfolio requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Mechanical Designer, where responsibilities encompassed the full development cycle from concept to design, including the management of specifications and standardization. Prior to Denel, Lesego worked as a Building Services Technologist and Project Manager at AOS Consulting Engineers, focusing on mechanical building engineering services, project management, and adherence to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Lesego began a career at Deep South Gold as a Graduate Engineer. Lesego holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a B-Tech degree from Tshwane University of Technology, and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology.
