Phil C. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Phil began their career at Walmart as an Electronics Specialist in 2003 and then moved on to Best Buy as a PCHO Specialist in 2005. From 2008 to 2012, Phil worked as an Operator at Radio Paging / Telanswer. In 2012, they briefly worked at Best Buy again, this time in Counter Operations. Phil joined Geek Squad in 2013 as a Consultation Agent and later became an Advanced Repair Agent until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Denali Advanced Integration, initially as a Service Desk Analyst II and currently as a Team Lead / Business Analyst. Throughout their various roles, Phil has gained experience in customer service, technical support, documentation, and team leadership.

Phil C. obtained a B.S. degree in Digital Entertainment and Game Design from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Boise State University from 2002 to 2003. Phil also holds a certification as a Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional, obtained from Cradlepoint in September 2021.
