Lucy Q. is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the design and media industries. Currently serving as Creative Director at Den of Geek since June 2021, Lucy previously held the position of Festival Line Management Operations Specialist at SXSW from November 2023 to April 2024. Lucy's background includes positions as Art Director at Ceros, and Creative Director and Art Director at Mental Floss. Additional experience encompasses roles as Associate Art Director at Time Out New York, Associate Art Director and Designer at Asbury Park Press, Designer at The Ledger, and Graphics Editor, Design Coordinator, and Design Editor at The Daily Texan. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly and a Visual Journalism Fellowship from the Poynter Institute.
