Paul Hoefgen is a Senior Engineering Manager at Demonware, where since May 2014, Paul has focused on managing and driving change in Activision's online services while addressing complex engineering challenges with a team of skilled engineers. Previous roles at Demonware include Software Engineering Manager, responsible for custom datacenter inventory tooling and infrastructure capacity planning, and Team Lead, where Paul developed a modern monitoring technology stack alongside a team of devops engineers. Paul's career began at Radiant Communications, providing corporate network support, and iiNet as a Network Administrator and Corporate Support Senior. Paul holds management training from RMIT University and the UBC Sauder School of Business.
