Kelly Byrne-Martin is an experienced political strategist with a focus on civic engagement and campaign management. Currently serving as the Independent Expenditure Director and formerly the Deputy Political Director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee since November 2021, Kelly has held significant roles at various organizations including Director of Civic Engagement at The Impact Project and Colorado State Director at America Votes. With a career beginning as Scheduler for the Terry McAuliffe for Governor campaign, Kelly has also worked in prominent positions such as National Issue Campaign Manager at Organizing for Action and Western Regional Field Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, demonstrating a strong background in field operations and electoral strategy. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Spanish from Muhlenberg College.
