Liran Zelkha is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the tech industry. Currently serving as Chief of Democracy at Democratech Israel since January 2023, Liran co-founded Lili in October 2018. Previously, Liran held the position of VP R&D at Pepper, overseeing a large team of developers and data professionals in a groundbreaking fintech startup. As CEO and CTO of Tona Consulting from 2012 to 2015, Liran led high-profile projects for major companies such as Cisco and Teva. Additionally, Liran co-founded ScaleBase and Aluna, significantly impacting the fields of Big Data and Java consulting. Liran also has a background in consulting and coaching within the IDF and has contributed to software development in various capacities throughout the career. Liran earned a BSc in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
