Rebekah Beeghly is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in data analysis, outreach, and leadership in social equity initiatives. Currently serving as a Data & Outreach Fellow at Democracy Works since July 2024, Rebekah previously co-founded and led the Alumni Alliance for Racial Justice as CEO from March 2020 to May 2024. Roles at RAREFORM included Project Manager and Warehouse Team Member from October 2020 to July 2023. Additional experience includes time as a Freelance Writer on Upwork, a Program Manager at Youth Interactive, and various positions at Westmont College, including Co-Vice President of the Multi-Ethnic Student Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Westmont College, completed in 2019.
