Ruta Hadgu is a highly experienced Program Manager who has worked at Democracy International and the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. Prior to these roles, Hadgu served as a Lecturer and Head of Departments of Law and Administration at SMAP Institute of Training, Education and Consultancy. Hadgu also had experience as a Staff attorney at the Claims Commission. Hadgu holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Human Rights Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University Of Asmara.
