Rabeb Zaatour is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since January 2018. In this role, Rabeb manages sub-grants for local partners focused on empowering women in rural areas and Tunisian youth, ensuring compliance and tracking project milestones. Prior to this position, Rabeb held multiple roles at Sawty Tunisia from January 2015 to January 2017, including Local Coordinator in Sfax, where leadership included managing youth engagement projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance citizen participation in local governance. Additional experience includes internships at Centre Mada and TIMAF International Music and Art Festival. Rabeb holds a Master's degree in Governance and Anti-Corruption from the Faculty of Juridical, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Technology from The National School of Electronics and Telecommunication.
