Emmanuel Gyimah Attramah is a seasoned communications specialist with extensive experience in managing communication strategies for USAID-funded initiatives in Ghana. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist for Democracy International on the USAID/Ghana Performance Accountability Activity, Emmanuel focuses on enhancing civil society oversight of government performance in public service delivery. Previously, as a Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist at The Cloudburst Group, Emmanuel led strategic communications for the USAID Ghana MEL Platform Activity. At Jhpiego, responsibilities included enhancing the visibility of health interventions for various significant USAID projects. Emmanuel's career also includes roles such as Media Assistant for the European Union Election Observation Mission and Communications and Outreach Officer for the Coastal Resources Center's USAID-funded Sustainable Fisheries Management Project. Emmanuel holds a Master's degree in Communications Studies along with a degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
