Kelsey Edwards, MPA, currently serves as an Associate in the Just & Inclusive Society program at the Democracy Fund, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Kelsey held various roles at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, including Senior Manager of Foundation Relations, where successful narratives were crafted to meet significant fundraising goals. Kelsey’s experience also encompasses program management at Equal Justice Works, overseeing fellowships, developing curricula, and enhancing reporting processes. Additional roles include research and evaluation positions at Polaris and the Transitional Housing Corporation, as well as development internships at organizations like 826DC and Capital Partners for Education. Kelsey holds a Master of Public Administration focused on Race and Social Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Human Services & Social Justice from The George Washington University.
