Jessica Shiner is a versatile professional with experience in product innovation, customer experience, writing, marketing, and language assistance. Currently serving as a Products and Innovation Assistant and previously as an Events and Products Assistant at Dementia UK since July 2022, Jessica has developed a strong background in creative and operational roles. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Experience Associate at Harry's, Inc. from December 2019 to July 2022, a Writer at Telperion from September 2018 to June 2019, a Marketing Intern at Sarah Smith Ltd in mid-2017, and an English Language Assistant at Ecole Jules Ferry from October 2016 to April 2017. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in French with English Literature from Cardiff University and has completed a Foundation Acting program at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.
