Wael El Alfy is an experienced business development professional currently serving as the Resident Manager for Egypt, Libya, and the East Med at DEME Group since August 2022, while also holding the role of Business Development Manager for Egypt and Libya. Prior to this, Wael worked as a Business Development Manager at Bechtel Corporation from January 2020 to September 2023. Wael's extensive career in business development also includes a tenure at Orascom Construction Ltd, where the position held was Senior Area Business Development Manager from May 2000 to January 2020. Wael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from The German University in Cairo and a Project Management Certificate from The American University in Cairo.
