Antje Lauth is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in nautical operations, currently serving as Chief Mate/SDPO at DEME Group since July 2019, overseeing operations on the W2W Service Operation Vessel "Groenewind" and Cable-Lay Vessel "Living Stone." Previous roles include Project Engineer for the HOW01 cable campaign on the "Viking Neptun" and Nautical Officer/DPO on the Jack-Up Vessel "Neptune." Prior to joining DEME Group, Antje worked with Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement as a Nautical Officer/DPO and gained experience at Hartmann Gas Carriers Germany GmbH&Co KG as a Nautical Officer. Internships and early career positions include work with SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH, Tall Ship Alexander von Humboldt, and multiple cadet roles on heavy lift vessels. Antje holds a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from Jade Hochschule and completed a semester abroad at the National Maritime College of Ireland.
