Bryan Ramirez is an experienced engineering professional with a background in controls automation and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Solution Development Lead and previously as a Senior Controls Engineer at Dematic since November 2009, Bryan plays a vital role in designing and programming material handling controls for large regional distribution warehouses. Significant achievements include co-leading the engineering efforts for the Amazon IXD project and spearheading a facility-wide upgrade from PLC5 to ControlLogix processors. Prior experience includes a position as a Project Engineer at Kim Automation, where responsibilities involved PLC and HMI programming, and as an Electrical Engineer at Fountain People, Inc., focusing on the design and installation of control panels for architectural fountains. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M International University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
