Nazell Alston currently serves as a Social Worker and MTSS Specialist at Lift for Life Academy since August 2023. Concurrently, Nazell has been an Assistant Track and Field Coach at DeMatha Catholic High School since August 2019 and held the position of Head Track Coach at Nerinx Hall High School from October 2022 to November 2023. Additionally, Nazell has functioned as a Minister of the Gospel at Antioch Baptist Church NE DC since July 2011, and worked as a Social Worker for the Ferguson-Florissant School District from August 2021 to July 2023. Previous coaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Virginia Union University from January 2017 to May 2019 and as a Track & Field Coach at Riverdale Baptist from August 2012 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Virginia Union University and current pursuit of a Master of Divinity, with additional education from the University of the District of Columbia.
