Daniel Bess is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and manufacturing support. Currently serving as a Design Support Engineer at DEMA Engineering Company since June 2018, Daniel specializes in sustaining engineering, SolidWorks PDM/CAD administration, and Epicor ERP support, including customization. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Duke Manufacturing Co., where responsibilities included R&D and product support, as well as sheet metal design and SolidWorks PDM administration. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project/Manufacturing Engineer at Bausch & Lomb/Kelly Technical, focusing on cost savings projects and manufacturing support, and as an Engineer at Coin Acceptors, where testing, design, and product support were key functions. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained in 1990.
