John Barker currently serves as the Director of the single-family HVAC division at Dema Plumbing Inc since April 2024. Prior to this role, John held the position of Purchasing Manager at Trumark Homes from October 2022 to April 2024 and at Maryland Creek Ranch from March 2018 to October 2022. John's experience also includes operations at Blanding Dirtwork and serving as Field Operations Manager at OMERTA Storm Water Management LLC. Additional roles include Purchasing Agent at Brookfield Residential and DR Horton, as well as Construction Manager at Toll Brothers from June 2002 to April 2009.
