Michael Luckart is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Deluxe since April 2022, Luckart has previously held notable positions including Director of Manufacturing at Creminelli Fine Meats, LLC, where achievements included the successful start-up of three new production lines and the implementation of Continuous Improvement practices that significantly reduced costs and improved safety. Prior to that, Luckart worked at Nestlé in various capacities, notably as Production Manager, where a remarkable safety record of zero injuries was established for over two years.
