Beth Peters currently serves as the Director of Talent Management at Deluxe, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Global Talent and Performance and HR Program Manager at Arrow Electronics from August 2016 to January 2023. Earlier, Beth served as a Strategic Workforce Planner at Lockheed Martin and as a Senior Organization Development Specialist at Black Hills Corporation, focusing on human capital strategy and workforce analytics. Additional roles include Organization Development Specialist at the University of South Dakota and an Organizational Development Intern with the State of South Dakota. Beth holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of South Dakota.
