N M Baibhab has seven years of work experience starting from 2020. N M has worked as an open-source developer for GirlScript Foundation, a software developer, and project lead for Learn for Cause, a Java developer for CodeSpeedy Technology Private Limited, a Java trainer for GANDHI INSTITUTE FOR TECHNOLOGY, a co-founder for Soulbliz, and a backend developer for STRUGEND. N M is currently working for DeltaX as an associate product engineer.

N M Baibhab is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering at Gandhi Institute for Technology (GIFT) in Bhubaneswar, with an expected graduation year of 2023. In addition to their degree program, Baibhab has earned several certifications in various areas such as programming, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and business. These certifications were obtained from different institutions such as Microsoft, Coursera, TCS iON, Google Digital Garage, and Cambridge Assessment English between April 2020 and January 2021.
