Alessandro Pognant Viù has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Alessandro began their career as a Firmware Developer at the MR&D Institute in 2001, where they worked on an innovative Home & Building Automation project. Alessandro then moved on to roles such as Oracle PL/SQL Developer and Web Developer at Autômata S.p.A. In 2003, they became a Desktop Support engineer at the Comune di Torino, providing technical assistance to workstations.

In 2004, Alessandro joined Centro Ricerche Fiat as a .NET Developer, where they developed web applications to streamline product development processes in the automotive industry. During their time there, they also handled infrastructure management tasks. Alessandro then worked as a .NET Developer at Co.Svi.For., where they specialized in developing management software for training agencies and non-governmental organizations.

In 2009, Alessandro took on the role of a .NET Developer at HI-P.S. Italia, where they developed a software solution to manage billings and other tasks for small businesses. Alessandro also worked as a PHP Developer at Zeus News during the same period, where they focused on setting up and managing a newsletter system.

From 2009 to 2019, Alessandro worked at Deltatre, starting as a Software Developer and later progressing to roles such as Product Owner, Director of Online, and Senior Director of Engineering E2E. In their most recent role as Vice President Engineering, they are responsible for the development and execution of a suite of services, collaborating closely with a team of Product Owners and Engineers.
