Tim van den Aardweg is a Software Developer at Deltares since August 2019. Prior to this, Tim was a Software Developer Trainee at YoungCapital NEXT from March 2019 to September 2021. Tim also has experience as a Project Manager/Business Developer at Herola, where Tim analyzed and optimized company processes. Tim completed internships at ProteoNic and Leiden Academic Centre for Drug Research, focusing on business development and biopharmaceutics research. At Leiden University, Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Biopharmaceutical Sciences.
