Nishchal Sardjoe is a professional in the field of urban resilience and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Deputy Representative of the Deltares Branch Office in Indonesia since October 2017. Responsibilities include leading the local office, managing projects, and fostering governmental relations, as well as collaborating with private, academic, and international financing partners. Previous roles at Deltares included Advisor/Consultant focusing on urban flood resilience and research intern in inter-organizational information sharing processes. Nishchal also gained experience through summer internships at ElaadNL and Rudisa Holdingmaatschappij N.V. Nishchal holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from Delft University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
