Tuan Williams is a seasoned technology and development leader currently serving as the Head of Technology and Development (CIO, CDO) at Delta since September 2021. With responsibilities encompassing strategic IT management, digitalization, information security, GDPR, and resource management, Tuan contributes to shaping an innovative technological future for the organization. Previous roles include IT Leader at Delta and Chief Engineer of IT at the University of Stavanger, where Tuan led multidisciplinary teams and participated in strategic decision-making for the institution. Tuan has held significant positions such as Board Member of NITO and Department Head at NITO Rogaland. Tuan's educational background includes an Executive Master's in Leadership from the Norwegian School of Economics and multiple degrees in engineering and social studies from various institutions.
