Eryn “Mac” McElroy currently serves as the Space Force Talent Management, Records Cell Lead at Delta Solutions and Strategies since September 2024 and is an Economic Development Board Member for the City of Schertz since September 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting from July 2023 to April 2024, focusing on implementation consulting, project management, change management, and process improvement. Eryn McElroy has a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from September 1996 to June 2023, with roles including Command Chief at the Air Force Personnel Center and various leadership positions at different wings and medical groups. Eryn McElroy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and multiple Associate's Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Educational Leadership and Mental Health Counseling.
