Carina O'Malia is currently involved with Delta Sigma Pi - Gamma Omega as a member of the IDP Standards Committee, focusing on ensuring chapter compliance with Fraternity rituals, bylaws, and policies while serving on a Hearing Panel to determine behavioral measures. Additionally, Carina serves as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Arizona Labor Force Inc, managing employee file updates, tracking garnishment paperwork, creating surveys, auditing information, and overseeing the worker's compensation claims process. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, where event planning for 200 employees, file organization, and recruitment assistance were key responsibilities. Carina began a career in hospitality as a Hostess Server at Red Robin and is pursuing an International Business Certificate at Arizona State University.
