Caroline Gray is currently serving as the Director of Delta Gamma Dialogues, where responsibilities include teaching members to reflect and integrate core values into daily life through various activities. Previously, Caroline held two risk intern positions at Guy Carpenter, first virtually with the New York Intern class in 2023, and later in the Chicago office in 2024, both involving engagement with projects, meetings, and client accounts. Caroline has also been an NCAA golfer from 2021 to 2023, balancing a rigorous academic schedule with 30 hours of athletic commitments while fostering team culture and personal improvement. Caroline is pursuing a degree in Finance and Marketing with a focus on Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025.
