Liyuan Wen currently serves as Compliance Counsel at Delta Electronics since October 2024. Prior to this role, Liyuan held various positions at Sercomm, including Sr. Legal Manager from July 2022 to October 2024 and Legal Manager from July 2019 to June 2022. Liyuan’s professional journey began at Tripod Technology Corporation as Assistant Manager in the Legal Department from May 2012 to January 2016, followed by experience as an Associate at Hilborne Hawkin from April 2009 to April 2012. Liyuan also worked as a Legal Intern at Calvin Klein Inc. and a Law Clerk at New Hampshire Superior Court. Additionally, Liyuan gained auditing experience at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. Liyuan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting/Economics from National Taiwan University.
